In 1988
For many companies in the Post Soviet era became a difficult and unstable time, “Kantskaya PMK” was not exception from many others companies.
DIFFICULT TIME
In that time the owners of the company offered a Crisis Manager position to Nikifor Li to renew an old structure of work and set up a fresh and creative management style.
CHANGES
After a short period Nikifor Li and his creative team successfully restored the working structure for “Kantskaya PMK”.
THE EMERGENCE OF JSC
In 1998 Nikifor Li and his team have bought the company (management buyout) and transformed it to Joint Stock Company.
